Old is Gold. This shopping complex proves this adage to be true. Built in 1976 it’s one of Thailand’s oldest shopping complexes. It’s situated right in the middle of what is called ‘the battleground of the malls’.

With 300 shops, 20 restaurants and a spacious food court, the Siam Center caters to everybody’s tastes and likes. The ambience is hip and cool and the place has a young, energetic feel to it. Contributing to its appeal is the vibe music playing everywhere which keeps the mood of the place upbeat and cheerful. The music is broadcasted by a resident radio station 94EFM located on the fourth floor.
In keeping with the mood of the mall, the stores also cater to a bright and young customer base. It mainly targets the teen group and is very successful with its chosen clientele.
