  • Silom/Surawong This district is the most important business and financial centre of Bangkok. Today, from end to end, these two parallel streets are full of big blocks of multistory buildings which are department stores, and entertainment establishments, and others. Hotels at Silom are usually equipped with facilities to have relaxing moments such as health club, sauna, spa, and sports gym.

  • This used to be the commercial heart of the city some time back. You will find numerous hotels here. The Silom Serene which is a boutique hotel at city center. The Lebua at Stat Tower is the ultimate in luxury hotels right now. For the spa experience head to the Silom Heritage. Beautifully serviced apartments and guest suites await you. The Holiday Inn, you can never go wrong with it. The Pan Pacific is ultra modern and ultra comfortable. There are many others. On this street you are spoilt for choice when it comes to accommodation. The location is certainly the best. In the middle of the shopping haven, on a very happening street.
Well known as Bangkok's major business centre, Silom and Surawong are popular shopping areas with numerous shops and department stores, ranging from street stalls to luxurious shopping plazas such as Silom Complex, Robinson Department Store, Central Plaza and the Galleria Plaza.
Running between Silom and Surawong Roads is Patpong, where tourists will be amazed by the colorful nightlife, with a variety of bars, clubs and discotheques. Patpong also has a lively night market, studded with stalls, selling all sorts of goods including antiques, ceramics, leather goods, clothing, handicrafts, Thai silk and cottons, silverware, watches and souvenirs.
This is definitely the place to put up at when in Bangkok. Shopping haven, happening nightlife and easy access to some of the most amazing tourist destinations including the Lumphini Park. Enjoy your visit to the max.
