Instead of booking a taxi from inside the airport, go outside and join the queue, it will be considerably cheaper.
Most taxi drivers will take you through an elongated route to keep the meter running and increase the fare. Get a map and tell them which route you want to take.
Any shopkeeper will mark up the price by 300% or so. Bargain!
Buses will run late, don’t worry about it. Sit back and relax. Things will happen in their own time.
